As per our terms and conditions of sale, we do not offer monetary refunds unless the performance is cancelled. If the performance is cancelled, we will email you to let you know what you need to do.
We are able to transfer you to another performance within the same show or offer a credit valid for 1 year to be used for performances at any Leeds Heritage Theatres venue.
